1/3 cup low carb black bean garlic sauce 3 large garlic cloves, minced 1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce 1 1/2 tablespoons oriental sesame oil 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice 1 tablespoon finely chopped peeled fresh ginger 4 boneless center cut pork chops (about 8 ounces each) 4 baby bok choy, halved lengthwise 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro 4 lime wedges
1. Whisk together black bean sauce, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, lime juice, and ginger in shallow dish. 2. Set 2 tablespoons marinade aside. 3. Add pork to remaining marinade; let stand 20 minutes. 4. Remove pork from marinade; brush cut side of bok choy with reserved 2 tablespoons marinade. 5. Place pork on 4" rack and cook on HI for about 8~10 minutes per side. 6. Grill bok choy until softened, about 8~10 minutes total. 7. Divide pork and bok choy among 4 plates. 8. Sprinkle with cilantro, garnish with lime wedges, and serve.
Spareribs cut into sections of 2 - 3 ribs 1 cup chicken stock 3 cloves crushed garlic 2 tablespoons soy sauce 3 tablespoons Splenda Optional: Thick'n Thin Not Starch
Whisk all ingredients together but the ribs in a bowl. Arrange ribs in the round cake pan. Nuwave on the 4 inch rack on high for 15 - 20 minutes. Turn and NuWave for another 15 - 20 minutes. Pour sauce over ribs and return to oven for another 3 - 4 minutes.
2 lbs of Short Ribs (or other rib meat) 1 cup Soy Sauce 1/2 can DietRite Cola 1 Tsp of Black Pepper 2-3 Cloves Garlic (crushed) 1 tbsp Lemon Juice 3 Green Onions (reserve one for garnish) 1/4 cup Sesame Oil 1 Jalepeno (optional for spicy lovers, or you can add red chilli or cayenne as desired) Sesame seeds (optional)
Pour all ingredients except sesame oil and ribs into large sealable plastic bag. Add the short ribs in making sure to get some juice on all pieces. I like to spoon the marinade over all of the meat. Let sit for at least one hour. Add sesame oil 30 minutes before cooking. I find that if you put the oil in too early, the meat doesn't absorb as much of the other ingredients.
Nuwave on the 4 inch rack for 15 minutes per side.
