I don't know about "air fry" unless that's what I do (LOL!). I cooked chicken legs the other night by just putting them on the rack, sprinkled with Spikes Seasoning and cooked for about 20 minutes on one side and another 15 minutes on the other side (they were partially frozen). The skin was extremely crispy and the meat moist and tender. Be sure to open the dome as soon as the chicken finishes cooking so the chicken doesn't collect the moisture from the closed dome.
I have been stressing out about not being able to find my cook book or cooking chart but looking at all of the delicious recipes here I honestly don't know if i will even need them anymore. Thanks
